Specifications
Format
Your poster is required to fit the specifications outlined below:
• Poster Size: 1.2 meters (high) by 0.9 meters (wide)
• Poster Orientation: Portrait (vertical)
• Poster Text: There are no specifications for text/font size. Text should be of sufficient size for easy reading at a distance of 1.5 meters (between 16-20 point).
Set Up
You are responsible for setting up and taking down your own poster during the Conference as per the following:
• Venue: The posters will be set up in the hall called “Espace du Zodiaque” which precedes the auditorium at the Espace Saint-Martin.
• Poster session: The posters should stay up throughout the whole conference to enable access to all. There will be two poster sessions (see Program) and you will soon receive an e-mail to give you precise information as to the session during which your poster will be viewed and the number given to your poster (corresponding to the abstract number in the conference booklet). You are required to stand next to your poster for the session indicated.
• Set Up Time: From 8h00 on Tuesday December 2.
• Equipment: The posters will be tacked on the walls or on boards.
To put
your poster up, you will need Blu-Tack, the removable putty-like
pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is also called Patafix (France,
Spain, Italy, Germany) or Sticky Tack (USA).
